At the turn of the New Year, I hereby represent all staffs of Shaanxi Tonly Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. to expressing the most sincere good wishes and appreciation to customers, stockholders, industry associations, partners and everyone else for your care and support for Tonly! And I would also like to express heartfelt gratitude to all staff members and their families both at home and abroad for upholding your duties and working with dedication and diligence!

2024 unfolded amidst a slew of changes. Tonly adjusted by riding the wave and adopting an active approach,energetically exploring any and all possibilities of moving forward in a series of industry adjustments and reforms filled with uncertainties.

2024 was a year during which Tonly achieved stead growth and sustained development. Being acclaimed as a Top 50 Global Engineering Machinery Manufacturer is a noteworthy recognition to our years of focus and persistence. Earning the "Shaanxi Green Factory" and "National Green Factory" titles and gaining the "Informatization and Industrialization Integrated Management System Grade AAA Certification" signify our solid step forward on the path of green development and digitized transformation.

2024 年，是同力重工持续加快产品结构和技术调整的一年。矿用车产能建设实现技术突破，新能源和无人驾驶产品市场占有率领先，稳坐行业领军地位。同时，大型化、绿色化、智能化产品型谱不断丰富，应用场景快速拓展。
2024 was a year during which Tonly accelerated adjustments in product structure and technology. From technical breakthrough in mining vehicle production capacity, to realization of leading market shares in new energy and autonomous driving products, Tonly has maintained a firm grip on its leadership position in these areas. At the same time, large, green and intelligent offers in our product matrix continue to expand, while application scenarios have grew at a rapid pace.

2024年，是同力重工全球化布局重要里程碑的一年。非公路宽体自卸车、矿用车、坑道自卸车、新能源宽体车等多个系列产品的应用范围进一步拓宽，成功推向了全球 50 多个国家和地区，进一步提升了同力品牌在国际舞台上的影响力。
2024 was a year during which Tonly realized milestones in global business. Further expansion in application scope of various series from off-road dump truck and mining vehicle, to mining pit dump truck and new energy wide body vehicle, our products have found markets in more than 50 nations and region across the globe, thus further augmenting the influence of the Tonly brand on the global stage.

2024年，是同力重工服务保障体系持续完善的一年。“零距离 TONLY CARE” 服务品牌的升级，以及后市场增值服务的深入开展，让我们与用户的距离更近，用户满意度和产品出勤率显著提升。
2024 was a year during which Tonly continued to perfect its service system. The "zero-distance TONLY CARE" service brand was upgraded, and after-market value-added services were executed in an in-depth manner. These efforts shortened the distance between us and our clients, resulting in obvious improvements in customer satisfaction and product usage rate.

2024年即将过去，这一年是同力重工和行业面向未来发展新布局的开始，我们正在调整的路上。从长远视角来看，这一年将是我们企业发展道路上具有重要里程碑的一个篇章！
2024 is about to conclude, and it marks a new start in the future development of Tonly and the industry. We are on a path of adjustment. From a long-term point of view, this year is going to be a monumental chapter in the history of our company's advancement!
