2月17日，利勃海尔全面复工的第一天，在确保每一位员工安全健康的同时，尽快恢复日常工作。公司默默地做了许多细致的工作和安排。利勃海尔中国高层也一直密切关心着公司和每一位员工，并为大家给予了厚望：

在最近这段时间，病毒和许多不确定性因素正在侵扰着我们的日常生活，而中国则不断努力在两个重要却又些许不同的目标之间取得平衡。同样在利勃海尔，当我们大多数员工和同事回到他们的工厂和办公室时，我们不禁扪心自问：在国家的健康仍被笼罩在阴霾之下，我们又该如何逐步恢复日常的生活和工作。

在遵循各项预防措施的同时，争取尽快恢复日常生活和工作，不得不说，具有很大的挑战性。截止目前，湖北省以及驰援湖北的医疗队伍和广大民众正在负重前行，肩负着重重困难，就我们行业而言，我们也应晨兢夕厉，做出贡献。我们所有同事必须拥有严明的纪律性、高效的适应能力、务实的精神气以及多样的创新力，只有这样，我们才能逐步回归常态。

我们必须团结一致，众志成城，确保这场突发疫情不会逐步演变成社会经济的崩溃，这是我们能为社会迅速恢复正常所做的少许贡献。

During this time period, China has to balance between the 2 important but somewhat divergent tasks, while the virus and uncertainty still controls our daily life. At Liebherr, while most of our employees and colleagues returned to their factories and offices, we ask ourselves: With the nation’s health still under threat, how to we return to normal daily and business life.

It is a very challenging act, to comply with the prevention measures and at the same time fight for a return to normality. Most of the hardship has been burdened as of today by the medical forces and the people in the Hubei province, from the industry side it is now on us to contribute and a similar diligent manner. This requires discipline, adaptability, pragmatism and creativity from all our colleagues in order to gradually return to normality.

We must jointly ensure, that this medical tragedy does not become on economic social breakdown. This would be our contribution to a hopefully quick recovery to normality.
