近日，三联机械SLST1500全自动高端伺服振压一体机生产线在华南地区正式投产。这是一套集高吨位、智能化、环保化于一体的固废制砖生产线。

Recently, the SLST1500 fully automatic high-end servo vibration and compression integrated machine production line by S.L. Machinery was officially put into operation in the South China region. This is a solid waste brick production line integrating high tonnage, intelligence, and environmental protection.

客户此前使用的旧设备因制砖压力不足，导致砖体密实度差、养护周期长，无法满足生产需求。随着市场需求的不断增长，客户急需提升生产效率、降低生产成本，并且希望在产品质量上实现突破，以满足市场需求。在深入了解客户的实际需求和市场情况后，三联机械为客户定制了SLST1500全自动高端伺服振压一体机生产线。

该砖机设备主油缸最大压力可达1500吨，结合了湿法和干法工艺，生产模式采用模拟双压模式，使产品的表面层和底层结合更加牢固，显著提高了面层的质量和强度。这一技术优势不仅解决了客户旧设备存在的问题，还为客户的生产带来了全新的生产方式。

The customer's previous old equipment, due to insufficient brick pressing force, led to poor brick density and long curing cycles, failing to meet production needs. With the continuous growth of market demand, the customer urgently needed to improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and achieve a breakthrough in product quality to satisfy market demands. After thoroughly understanding the customer's actual needs and market conditions, S.L. Machinery customized the SLST1500 fully automatic high-end servo vibration and compression integrated machine production line for the customer.

The main cylinder of this brick machine can reach a maximum pressure of 1,500 tons. It combines wet and dry processes and uses a simulated double-pressing mode. This makes the combination of the product's surface layer and bottom layer more robust, significantly enhancing the quality and strength of the surface layer. This technological advantage not only solved the problems of the customer's old equipment but also brought a brand-new production method to the customer.

路沿石项目

Curbstone Project

客户目前主要的项目是生产路沿石，产品在市政建设、道路铺设等领域有着广泛的应用。在生产路沿石时，路沿石模具可增加侧移装置，以满足产品横面和立面添加面层的要求，从而使产品的侧表面和竖直表面均能达到光面要求，大大提升了产品的外观质量和市场竞争力。

投产后，SLST1500砖机生产线不仅提高了生产效率，还通过智能化的生产管理系统，实现了生产过程的自动化和精准化。砖机设备的高吨位压力和先进的振动技术，确保了路沿石的密实度和强度，缩短了养护周期，降低了生产成本。

The customer's current main project is the production of curbstones, which have extensive applications in municipal construction and road paving. When producing curbstones, the curbstone molds can be equipped with a side-shifting device to meet the requirements of adding surface layers to the horizontal and vertical faces of the product. This ensures that the side and vertical surfaces of the product can both achieve a smooth finish, significantly enhancing the product's appearance quality and market competitiveness.

After being put into operation, the SLST1500 brick machine production line not only increased production efficiency but also achieved automation and precision in the production process through an intelligent production management system. The high-tonnage pressure of the brick machine and its advanced vibration technology ensured the density and strength of the curbstones, shortened the curing cycle, and reduced production costs.
