A set of mould consists of upper mould, lower mould, pressure head, cavity insert block and other parts. The structures of moulds for different types of bricks are considerably different. 高质量的模具来自高标准的加工工艺。我们从原材料切割开始就严格把控，结合数控铣削、热处理、抛光、精加工等多道工序，确保每一处细节都精准到位。模具的尺寸公差控制在 ±0.3mm 以内，确保成型砖块尺寸一致性与结构强度。

模具的易损区域我们还会进行表面处理，如氮化、碳氮共渗、镀铬等，使其耐磨性能大幅提升，即使长期高频使用也能保持成型效果不变形。

  High standard processing craft creates high quality moulds. S.L Machinery have strictly controlled the quality of the product from the very beginning of mould making to the end by adopting multiple processes to ensure the precision of each detail. The size tolerance of each mould is controlled within ±0.3mm, which can ensure the uniformity and structure strength.

  Areas of a mould that are prone to wear get surface processing such as nitriding, carbonitriding, chroming and other processes, which can significantly increase the wear resistance of a mould. A mould processed will not deform even after long-term and high-frequency use.
