Focus on Major Issues of the Industry: S.L Machinery Attended the Transition Election of China Construction Units Association (CCUS) and Information Exchange Meeting

2025年8月8日至9日，2025年度中国建筑砌块协会会员代表大会(换届选举)暨混凝土砌块(砖)行业信息交流会”在上海市松江区隆重召开。作为协会副理事单位，三联机械积极响应协会号召，应邀出席本次盛会，与行业同仁共商发展计划。

On August 8 to 9, 2025, the 2025 Annual China Construction Units Association’s Representative Assembly (Transition Election) and Concrete Blocks Information Exchange Meeting solemnly convened in Songjiang District, Shanghai. As the vice president unit, S.L Machinery actively responded to the call of CCUS and was invited to attend the grand meeting, discussing and formulating development plans with colleagues in the industry.

换届选举/ Transition election

换届选举，继往开来：会议进行了中国建筑砌块协会理事会换届工作，选举产生第八届理事会，并召开了中国建筑砌块协会八届第一次理事会，为协会未来发展注入新活力，为行业规范化、高质量发展奠定基础。

Transition election, built on past achievements and striving for new progress: the meeting conducted the transition election of CCUS, elected the eighth council, and convened the First Council Meeting of the Eighth Term, infusing new vitality into the future development of CCUS, and laid the foundation for standardized, high-quality industry growth. 

技术交流 / Exchange technologies

技术交流，智创未来：代表们围绕“城市更新”、“江河湖海保护治理”、公路改扩建等工程领域及小型混凝土制品行业等内容进行了深入探讨，10余位行业专家分享了中央城市工作会议的精神，同时结合行业实际，详细介绍了国外砌块行业的发展过程、国内建筑垃圾再生利用、干湿法成型工艺、智能建造实践，为行业创新指明方向。会议还组织代表们参观了上海相关产品的成功应用案例。

 Exchange technologies, and intelligence creates future: representatives had an in-depth discussions revolving on contents including “urban renewal”, “protection and management of rivers, lakes and seas”, highway reconstruction and expansion and other engineering fields, and the small-scale concrete products industry. Over ten industry experts shared the Spirit of the Central Urban Work Conference, and introduced the development processes of forieign blocks industry, domestic recycling of construction waste, the molding crafts of wet process and dry process, and the practice of intelligent construction in detail combining with industry reallities, pointing out the direction for industry innovation. The meeting also organised representatives to visit some successful application cases of relative products in Shanghai.

Standards Revision Working Session

三联机械作为参编单位，参加了相关标准(GB/T4111《混凝土砌块和砖试验方法》修订；JC/T410《水泥花格砖》；以及建材行业标准《农田水利建设用混凝土砌块》起草组第二次工作会议。

Standards Revision Working Session: S.L Machinery participated in the revision of relative standards including GB/T4111 Test Methods for Concrete Blocks and Bricks, and JC/T410 Cement Decorative Grille Bricks, and the second working meeting of the drafting committee for the building materials industry standard Concrete Blocks for Farmland Water Conservancy Construction.

SLST2000-1500T New Type Compound Materials Block Machine Production Line

在混凝土砌块行业技术升级中，砖机设备制造商起了关键性作用。三联机械新推出SLST2000-1500T新型复合材料墙地砖生产线，最大吨位1500T，涵盖模拟双压、单压振动、纯振动等多种成型工艺，可适配不同原料与产品需求，稳定生产标准混凝土砌块、透水路面砖及新型装饰砌块。该设备采用智能伺服控制系统，能提升生产效率、降低能耗与人工成本，契合“绿色建造”、“智能建造”的行业趋势。

Block machine equipment manufacturers played a vital role in upgrading the technology of concrete blocks industry. The latest release of S.L Machinery --SLST2000-1500T New Type Compound Materials Block Machine Production Line—boasts a maximum tonnage of 1500T; owns multiple molding crafts including simulated dual pressure, single pressure and vibration, and pure vibration. Those crafts can adapt to different materials and product needs, stably producing standard concrete blocks, permeable paving bricks and new types of decorative blocks. The equipment adopts intelligent servo control system, improving the production efficiency and reducing the consumption of energy and the labor costs, which aligns with the industry trend of “green construction” and “intelligent construction”.
