三一印尼工厂投产三周年庆典暨首个海外灯塔工厂家庭开放日圆满落幕！

2025年8月15日，是三一重机印尼工厂投产三周年的重要里程碑！8月16日，我们以一场温情与荣耀交织的庆典，隆重开启首个海外灯塔工厂家庭开放日，让员工家属走进工厂，见证亲人的奋斗足迹，感受“三一印尼制造”的崛起力量！

August 15, 2025, marks an important milestone—the 3rd anniversary of SANY Indonesia Plant! On August 16, we proudly launched our first overseas "Lighthouse Factory Family Open Day" with a celebration full of warmth and glory, inviting employees' families to witness their loved ones' dedication and experience the rise of "Made by SANY Indonesia"!

三年蜕变，从扎根到领航

在三一重机印尼工厂制造副总经理丁世锋先生的致辞中，我们回顾了令人振奋的成长历程：从0到2000+：首台挖掘机下线至今，累计生产超2000台设备；从单一到多元：产品线扩展至十几款机型，满足全球市场需求；从本土到国际：业务版图从印尼辐射至欧美高端市场；从初创到成熟：团队从个位数壮大至200+精英，从一期投产到二期建成并启动新扩张！丁世锋先生强调：“这一切离不开每一位印尼同事的汗水与智慧！也离不开每一位家属的默默支持。”

In the event, Mr. Ding Shifeng, Deputy General Manager of SANY Indonesia Machinery, reflected on the inspiring journey of growth:From 0 to 2000+: Since the first excavator rolled off the production line, we’ve manufactured over 2,000 units.From Single to Diverse: Our product line has expanded to more than a dozen models, meeting global market demands.From Local to Global: Our footprint has grown from Indonesia to premium markets in Europe and America.From Startup to Benchmark: Our team has grown from just a handful to over 200 elite professionals, and we’ve progressed from Phase 1 to Phase 2—with new expansions underway!Mr. Ding Shifeng emphasized. "None of this would be possible without the hard work and ingenuity of every Indonesian colleagues—and the unwavering support of their families."

走进“灯塔工厂”：家属们亲眼见证亲人工作的智能化产线，孩子们兴奋地触摸会跳舞的机械臂，跃跃欲试坐进驾驶室。

This celebration, combined with Indonesian charm, featured heartwarming activities:"Lighthouse Factory" Tour:Families witnessed their loved ones working on smart production lines firsthand. Children eagerly touched the "dancing robotic arms" and couldn't wait to climb into the operator cabins!

 “合力运球”团队赛：员工与家人组队，用铅笔协作运球，诠释“默契成就卓越”的工厂精神。

Ball Relay Challenge" Team Competition:Employees teamed up with family members in this collaborative game, using pencils to transport balls—a perfect demonstration of how "Teamwork Drives Excellence" ,the core spirit of our factory.

“音乐夹子大作战”：欢快的节奏中，大家疯狂甩落衣夹，笑声点燃全场。

"Clothing Clip Beat Battle":To the rhythm of upbeat music, teams danced wildly to shake off clothespins, their laughter electrifying the entire venue as they competed in this hilarious test of coordination.

印尼歌曲串烧：本地员工用传统民歌《Rasa Sayang》表达对工厂的祝福。

Indonesian Medley Performance:Local employees delivered heartfelt blessings to the factory through a spirited rendition of the folk classic "Rasa Sayang", blending traditional melodies with modern factory pride in this cultural showcase.

本地声音：骄傲与承诺
