策尼特1500全自动砌块成型机，是德国策尼特融合65年制造技术与经验而成的核心产品。在设计上，打破了固有思维的束缚，大量使用高质量螺钉连接件，使策尼特1500具有超低维修率和故障率，大大缩短了易损件的更换时间。同时搭载多种前沿智能设备及系统，包括自动诊断系统、伺服振动系统和自动快速换模系统等等，能给予操作人员全方位的支持。

On November 27-30, the great concern Bauma China (the 9th China International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machinery, Mining Machinery,Engineering Vehicles and Equipment Expo) was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The Zenith 1500 fully-automatic block making machine is the core product of German Zenith's 65 years of manufacturing technology and experience.In design, Zenith 1500 breaks the bondage of the inherent thinking and uses alarge number of high-quality screw connectors, which makes Zenith 1500 have low maintenance rate and failure rate, greatly shortens the replacement time of wearing parts. At the same time, Zenith 1500 equipped with a variety of latest intelligent devices and systems, including automatic diagnosis systems, servo vibration systems and automatic quick change-mould systems, which can give operators all-around support.

In terms of block production, Zenith 1500 have a maximum production area of 1320x1150mm, which can be used for large-scale production of all kindsof concrete products such as hollow blocks, pavers, permeable bricks,curbstones and hydraulic blocks. 2018 Shanghai Bauma Fair not only a grand event in the machinery industry, but also a party for old friends.
